Mr. Bhushan Palresha has steered VTP Group as Managing Director for over 13 years, transforming it into Pune’s most disruptive real estate force while strengthening its leadership in construction materials and contracting sectors. A graduate of Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, he leverages sharp market insight and a turnaround mindset to redefine micro-market dynamics in every venture. Under his strategic leadership, VTP Group aims to join India’s top 100 companies within the next decade, guided by his unwavering commitment to innovation and excellence.
Mr. Nilesh Palresha leads VTP Realty, driving its growth and strengthening its position in the real estate sector. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from VIT Pune and an alumnus of SP Jain, he further enhanced his strategic perspective through a Harvard Business School summer program in 2016. After a stint at Tata Motors, Mr. Palresha has been instrumental in VTP Realty’s remarkable journey, spearheading the delivery of 31+ successful projects and shaping the brand into one of Pune’s leading real estate developers.
Sachin Bhandari is the CEO & Executive Director of VTP Realty, and the driving force behind the brand’s remarkable transformation into Pune’s leading real estate developer. An alumnus of the College of Engineering Pune (COEP) and Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), he brings a rare blend of technical expertise and financial acumen. With over 15 years of leadership experience across blue-chip organizations like Cummins India and ICICI Bank, Sachin has played a pivotal role in reshaping VTP Realty into a professionally run, innovation-led powerhouse. His strategic mindset, customer-first philosophy, and commitment to operational excellence have led to record-breaking project deliveries and a dramatic surge in market share.
He has introduced bold new thinking, championed the Maximum Livable Area (MLA) design philosophy, and nurtured a high-performance culture within the organization. Recognized with multiple “CEO of the Year” awards, Sachin continues to push the boundaries of real estate excellence with a clear vision—to make VTP Realty a pan-India brand known for integrity, innovation, and trust.
Mr. Vishal Palresha joined VTP Group in 2011 after completing a management course at NMIMS, Mumbai, bringing strategic planning expertise and a talent for implementing positive change VTP Group. As Director – Sales & Marketing, he leads the Group’s Mumbai operations and spearheads international sales efforts in Kuwait, Muscat and Singapore, with Hong Kong soon to follow Tofler. Under his leadership, VTP Group has strengthened its market presence across these key regions, driving sustainable growth and elevating the brand’s client-centric solutions
